Home Test Drives & Delivery
Our new Home Test Drives & Delivery service is a 100% online sales process designed to streamline your vehicle purchase, trade-in and financing, virtually eliminating any need for you to come to the dealership. Choose a vehicle from our online inventory to test drive and a dealership representative will deliver it and all the necessary paperwork to your home or office free of charge. Our team will work with you via call, text or email to find a delivery a time and place that works for you.
Vehicle Maintenance Pickup & Delivery
Our new Vehicle Maintenance Pickup & Delivery service allows you to take care of your vehicle maintenance needs without traveling to the dealership. Our team will pick up your vehicle for your service appointment at your home or office and return it when repairs or maintenance is completed. We can provide you with a new Mazda Service Courtesy Car free of charge should you desire. Use our online service scheduler to schedule your service appointment.
We are proud to announce these two new advances in our relationship with you our customers. Is it safe to visit the dealership?
At Gwatney Mazda our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff. All staff members have been trained to wash or sanitize their hands prior to every customer engagement and implement proper ‘Social Distancing’ etiquette (at least 6 feet). Friendly verbal greetings are good enough for us! No handshake is necessary. We provide plentiful soap in all restrooms and access to hand sanitizer. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and refer to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), government agencies and local health officials for guidance and recommendations
How is the dealership cleaned?
In response to the growing concern over the spread of COVID-19, we have ramped up additional cleaning services in our Showroom, Restrooms and Service Waiting area. Our cleaning process pays special attention to high touch areas such as doorknobs and service counters.
