What does a Red or Yellow Push Button Start Button Mean?

If all is working as it should, your push button start indicator light will shine green. If you see a red or yellow light, pay attention because your system is trying to tell you something.

A RED indicator light on the START/STOP ENGINE button means that the system is having trouble detecting your key.

A YELLOW light on the START/STOP ENGINE button indicates there may be a problem with the engine starting system, but it can also indicate the inability to activate the accessories or switch the ignition.
